I must say the taco dinner is excellent however, I have been ordering gorditas lately as they have been stellar. I get what I call the Americano version. It is pinto frioles asada lechuga and queso only no cilantro or onions and they are just amazing. The guys in the kitchen always hook me up and I eat there several times a week so I can honestly say I have had food ordered multiple times over multiple weeks and it was always consistently very good. I really love tamales but it seemed like when I bought the 20 bag that it was mostly the rapping with not much meat whatsoever. The store is really nice and everybody is really nice so I will keep going there but I will probably not get the tamales again. Nana in there sometimes she's awesome

Best food I've had all month. I have a little heartburn right now but it was well worth it. Try the tortas or the tacos, gorditas and burritos. Great supermarket.

A great place to shop but an even better deli with authentic Mexican food for very reasonable prices. It is always packed. Super clean. I love to eat where you can trick yourself into thinking you are traveling.... this is one of those places....You wouldn't find this just traveling through; it is word of mouth for sure.

Pastor was Excellent and I know some people won’t do it... I would say forget about it and just eat it, but their Lengua was superb and that’s my litmus test for a good taco shop... get the Lengua right and you know how to make good tacos!

Picked up some marinated pork and chicken to grill off and make tacos. Man was this a good choice. You can't beat the authentic food and flavors this place has to offer. Very friendly staff makes you feel welcome!

Nothing quite hits like a grocery store taco. This place has everything from fresh foods to packaged foods, and a meat counter. Lots of Mexican staples you don't see elsewhere. The tacos were freshly prepared and delicious. Will return - back again for gorditas and they are still crispy and delicious. This remains a 5 star experience. Fast service and way more seating than previously. Make sure you get the avocado green salsa. Yum and a bit spicy

I love this place. And I’m so glad I live four blocks from it. They have the best produce and meat send it’s just a fun place to shop. I always order the Asada taco which is amazing. And my hubby always gets the chicken burrito. If you haven’t been here, make sure you stop by on Monona Drive right off of Proced Woods.
